Colleen Schuerlein is the visionary founder of

She is a minister, author, consultant, event coordinator, and team builder. She has a lifetime of experience connecting community, producing successful events, and growing volunteer programs. Colleen is an inspirational and accountable manager of relationships, people and projects. She has developed numerous fundraising programs, and trained and managed hundreds of participants, volunteers and team leaders for local, national and international events.

Colleen has 20 years experience producing events with nationally known artists including Marianne Williamson, Mark Victor Hansen, Father Leo Booth, Kenny Loggins, Dr. Wayne Dyer, The Neville Brothers, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Alan Cohen, Dr. Harry Morgan Moses, Gary Zukav, and Mary Manin Morrissey.

She has recruited, trained and lead volunteer teams in building homes for Habitat for Humanity, co-created 28 distinct and ongoing fundraising events over 10 years, created a ministry outreach team which provided gifts for children at Christmas, holiday meals for families, Easter baskets for disadvantaged children, coat and food drives and global emergency relief projects. She also led 6 annual inspirational celebrations of music and speaking for a 4000-member organization.

She obtained a real estate license while working for 15 years as a construction manager, and received the Seattle Master Builders MAME Award for the best custom home. She was also a co-developer for the first recycling center on Orcas Island and was appointed by the San Juan Islands county commissioner to serve on the advisory board for the development new and improved methods of earth friendly recycling.

In 1997, she was part of the Synthesis Project, a summit of world leaders including His Holiness the Dalai Lama that was held at his home in Dharmasala, India.
